The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
The Ugra project
“Juridical clinic” became a laureate of the contest “The Best 10
IT-projects for the state sector”.
Organizations which implemented
projects in the sphere of information technologies for the government,
participated in the competitions, organized by the Publishing group
ComNews with the support of the RF Ministry of Telecommunications.
The best programs in the sphere
of healthcare, government, social services, education, labor and
employment, law and security, property management, housing and
communal sector, tax accounting were awarded. Minister of the RF
Telecommunications and Mass Communications Igor Schegolev said that
this year most of them come to the region where the transfer for
rendering state services in e-form became more active.
The key goal of the Okrug
project which was created in 2008, is rendering legal services on-line
in the Internet. The are provided free of charge for persons entitled
to benefits via centers of public access on the basis of libraries.
One can find preliminary examples of procedural documents, forms of
civil-law agreements in the section “Examples and forms of juridical
documents”.
Citizens more often address
for consultations to solve housing problems, problems in the sphere of
labor relations and administrative law. Ugra people also need
juridical consultations in the sphere of tax law, civil procedure,
family relations regulation.

The Okrug Governor’s

 The
reception room of the Russian Federation President was opened in
Khanty-Mansiysk.
The first reception of citizens
was carried out by Governor of Ugra Natalia Komarova. She discussed
with people the issues of subsidizing a private kindergarten in Urai,
application of energy-saving technologies in Nyagan, support of a meat
and milk plant construction in Nizhnevartovsk and other problems.
In Governor’s opinion it is an
important event for the region which is aimed at expanding channels of
communication between the population and government. “The thoroughness
of the preparation for opening of the reception-room proves great
importance President of Russia Dmitri Medvedev attaches to the
possibility of the feedback from the population. Besides, it is
another opportunity for Ugra people to address to the leaders of the
country with the initiatives which can useful for other regions of
Russia as well”, - said Natalia Komarova.
 The
reception-room is located in the very center of the Ugra capital, has
a separate entrance with a wheel-chair ramp, a waiting-room where
there is space for feeding and swaddling a baby. Here is special
equipment for the communication with citizens in the video-conference,
it has been created the united system of applications registration,
and due to that it is possible for representatives of Russia’s
President Administration to monitor the work for each application.
 It
has been prepared a schedule of citizens’ reception by representatives
of federal authorities. Until the end of the year the meetings with
the population will be held by the Chief Federal inspector, leaders of
the divisions of the Bailiffs’ Federal Service, Federal Tax
Inspection, State Inspection of Labor, Director of the Division of
Russia’s Pension Foundation.
Everyone can submit one’s
application to the reception-room of Russia’s President. Requests,
wishes, proposals can be sent to the reception-room of Russia’s
