The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
“For the implementation of the
construction programs the okrugwill encourage creating facilities and
plants to produce construction materials in Ugra”, - said Natalia
Komarova at the meeting in Talinka.
In the village of Talinka,
Oktyabrski District, Governor of Ugra chaired a meeting to be devoted
to the development of construction materials industry. Opening the
meeting, Natalia Komarova said that the necessity to strengthen the
industry was connected with the necessity of the region in available
square meters. “Almost each inhabitant of Ugrafaces the deficit of
housing, kindergartens and schools. We have a goal about effective
providing citizens with social services and this work is also
connected with the necessity to build more and better dwelling houses.
These are correct goals and we should implement them with maximal use
of local raw materials for the production of construction materials
on the territory of the okrug”, - emphasized Governor.
At present the sand, produced in
Ugra, is demanded only by 15 %. The quota of other minerals -
sand-and-gravel mixtures, building stone, brick-and –ceramsite clays,
peat is less. Production of the regional wooden housing-building
plants is 9 % of the total housing which was put into operation. Thus,
companies can fully cover the demand of the region, for example, in
window and door assemblies.
Governor said that the
activities for the development of the industry should be done in a
complex way and systematically. “We have plenty of construction plans
and they will be enough for unlimited number of participants. New
programs include great volumes of works to liquidate uninhabitable
houses, to build more kindergartens and schools, sports facilities, to
serve increased activities of the population in repair and
construction of private houses and etc. I believe that the problem of
construction materials production, problem of minerals fields
exploration and development, problem of providing with available
energy resources should be worded as a concrete program – with goals,
potential, mechanisms, dates of the implementation, tools of support”,
- resumed Natalia Komarova. |
