The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
Governor of Ugra Natalia
Komarova gave a task to relevant departments of the Okrug Government
to make an inspection in detail of children’s health-improving camps.
Natalia Komarova said that the
systematic control over the activities of such institutions should be
made regularly before “alarm signals”.
There are 478 summer camps in
the region for children. All of them got a positive sanitarian and
epidemiological assessment. Youth of Ugra have a rest beyond the
region –on the Black Sea coasts in the Krasnodar Krai. In summertime a
permanent representative of Ugra controls the observance of
children’s conditions and leisure. In the Okrug municipalities the
“hot-line” is available concerning the healthcare campaign.
In 2010 this program is financed
by 1,7 times more than last year. But the results of inspections show
that not all problems are solved. Since the beginning of summer over
80 violations have been fixed. They mainly concern non-observance of
sanitary and fire protection regulations. For example, in one of camps
of the Surgut District sports studies are organized regardless of
children’s age, physical conditions and healthstatus. In Kogalym
children are transported by buses but their technical state does not
correspond to the requirements.
In accordance with the facts of
violations 17 cases about administrative responsibility have been
launched and 11 suits have been field. Mayors of the municipalities
are recommended to provide the facilities of children and teenagers’
rest, leisure and health-improvement with security.
