The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
“Government should take into
account the opinion of the municipalities”, - said Governor of Ugra
Natalia Komarova while opening the meeting of the OkrugGovernment.
In her speech the head of the
region said:
“Almost each of the problems
which are under discussion today touches interests and needs of the
municipalities. At each meeting with core people of the
municipalities questions arise about the quality of the interaction
between the regional departments and local governments. The fact
which problems are declared by the municipalities and time terns
these topics are on tables of civil servants, proves that this problem
should be solved. Decision-making process becomes just paperwork and
in some cases municipalities should accept decisions which are made in
their regard. Finally people suffer from this bureaucracy who stand in
queues while waiting for decisions. There should not be such
practice. In the near months we should make drafts of new regional
programs, draft budget -2011 and for the planned period of 2012 and
2013. I pay attention of the Government members and directors of the
departments to the necessity of taking into account the opinion of the
municipalities in their work. We are interested in high-quality work
and that depends on both parties”. |
