The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Natalia Komarova told about new legislative initiative for the development of the political system.

At the meeting with representatives of the Administration, NGO and deputies in Pyt-Yakh the head of the region told about new legislative initiatives  which will influence the changes in quantity of deputies to be elected to the Regional Duma. “The number of deputies to the Autonomous Okrug Duma of the V convocation is expected to increase from 28 to 35 people. Such quantity will be optimal to save budget money and to represent the population”, - said Natalia Komarova. She also said that the  amendments  in the federal legislation will make it possible to form fractions even with one deputy in the Duma of the next convocation.

At the meeting Governor also answered questions of people concerning housing construction, social facilities, kindergartens, rise of salary for employees of budgetary institutions.

She explained her opinion concerning providing  workers on the home front  with housing. Today in the Okrug there are over 6 thousand people of this category who need in housing, in Pyt-Yak – 370. “We will need much money to implement this idea, budgetary money will be not enough and citizens should also participate in solving their problem themselves.  I do not exclude the possibility that a separate program will be adopted about providing  workers on the home front  with housing. For that it is necessary to make a revision of all projects which exist in the region concerning providing persons entitled to benefits  with housing and only afterwards to make a final decision”, - said Governor.

Natalia Komarova told about the order  to provide help for “deceived” interest-holders, about prospects of the development of the material and technical base of healthcare institutions and sport facilities, answered other questions of townsmen.
